Karl and wife, Jana, are firm believers in the old adage “you can’t sell what you don’t own.” They totally love Hawaii and the lifestyle they have been able to create here. They have owned resort and oceanfront real estate on most of the Hawaiian Islands during there 25+ years as Hawaii residents. Karl used his expertise in locating and negotiating to acquire the perfect properties that fit his client’s needs and desires. Karl has been a top producer and run his own brokerage as principal broker for many years.

His hard work and dedication have lead to many satisfied clients who continue to honor him with their repeat business and referrals. Even though real estate is a static commodity, our wants, needs and desires change over time. As an east coast transplant, Karl relishes Hawaii’s climate and outdoor lifestyle. He participates in outrigger canoe paddling, stand-up paddling, swimming and golf. He and Janna have five grown children and are currently at the beck and call of their poodle, Kaiko.
