Mie was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Her professional experience prior to entering real estate gave Mie with an excellent foundation for providing the utmost level of client service and expertise.

She was employed at a trust bank in Tokyo where she dealt with stock and bonds for more than 4 years. Prior to moving to the United States, Mie was associated with an asset management
arm of a global private equity real estate fund in Tokyo for 7 years. There, she focused
on the leasing, capital improvement, and disposition of various real estate investments including commercial and residential real estate, hotels and shopping centers.

Mie and her husband relocated to Honolulu nearly four years ago after a short while in New York City.

Mie is detail oriented, has a strong understanding of investments and enjoys helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Her knowledge about Oahu neighborhoods and condominiums are instrumental in meeting client needs.

Mie is bilingual in English and Japanese and has served clients from Asia. Her experience and understanding of a multi cultural, global business environment, allows Mie to successfully work with clients both local and from abroad.

Mie has just started golf and enjoys hiking. She has also delved into Hawaiian culture and Hawaiian quilting has become a hobby for life.
