Susan has more than 30 years of real estate experience in Hawaii and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. She has managed, leased and marketed investment grade commercial properties throughout Hawaii. The properties Susan has managed include resort condominiums on 5 islands, industrial properties valued at more than $300 million, resort and neighborhood shopping centers, and office buildings including those held by the Estate of James Campbell.

Susan holds a real estate brokers’ license, has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Certified Commercial Investment Manger (CCIM) designation.

There are many positions of responsibility that Susan has held in state and national real estate organizations. She is also a Trustee of the NAIOP Research Foundation.

Susan graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Chemistry and Biology. She is an avid sports fan, enjoys watching the NHL and NFL, to name a few. She also loves reading mystery books. Susan’s husband Bruce was born in Honolulu and is a real estate attorney and has practiced for over 35 years.
