Drawing on his many years of real estate experience, Alden is involved in both real estate sales and the management of the company. Alden’s expertise and knowledge of the industry make him ideally suited to oversee many administrative aspects of Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby’s International Realty including operations, advertising and marketing. Since he earned his position, he has developed and implemented strategies that have maintained the company’s status as a market leader. Born and raised in Honolulu, Alden joined the company in 1980 as a sales associate and quickly became a valuable asset to the firm and one of its top producers. He served as broker-in-charge for a branch office and continues to be integral in agent development, having assisted with countless successful listing, marketing, and sales campaigns for many of Honolulu’s most exclusive properties. Although he currently serves in an executive position, he remains active in the real estate community and continues to assist clients in sales transactions. This provides him with exceptional insight into the needs of the company and it’s clients.
